WordPress has a built-in feature that notifies the administrator if a comment is posted or held in moderation to a particular post or page. Turn Off Comments Notifications in WordPress

Steps:
  1. Login to your WordPress dashboard by entering email id and password.
  2. Now After logging into WordPress dashboard,Go to Settings » Discussion
  3. Now move to section "Email me whenever" ,
  4. Untick both " " and "A comment is held for moderation"
Turn Off Comments

Untick both checkboxes to turn off Comments Notifications in WordPress Dashboard,Now You should be able to unsubscribe from Comment Notifications
